FitSteps is an energetic, up-beat dance fitness class, featuring all your favourite Strictly dances. It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results. It is suitable for all ages and abilities, and you don’t need a partner. You will have so much fun, you won’t even realise you are getting fit!

FitSteps FAB

FitSteps® For All Bodies (FAB) is a dance fitness workout designed for people who love to dance, want to keep fit, but for a variety of reasons, prefer a lighter intensity, lower impact and perhaps a slower pace. FAB combines old-style dance genres, such as the Bossa Nova, Foxtrot to the Flamenco and Argentinian tango.

Barré Fitness

Barré Fitness incorporates Ballet and simple Yoga elements to develop precision, strength, stamina and flexibility. There's no need for a barré but you can use a chair to help with balance skills, and bare feet for best stability.
