I stepped into my first ballet shoes at the tender age of three, and I've been dancing ever since, from school, to college, and right up to my Dance Studies degree.
After this, I qualified as a lecturer with a Certificate of Education, and have taught across the South West, including at Yeovil College, where I was Head of Dance for a decade. I was also an A-Level Dance practical examiner and an external verifier for various exam boards.
Since then, I've been developing DanceFit with Emma throughout Somerset gyms and halls, and it's been enormous fun. Come and join me!

Since 2018, I taught dance for Stagecoach Performing Arts, Yeovil. Each Saturday morning, I worked with children and young people, helping them learn technical dance skills, explore creativity with choreography, and have a lot of fun with dance and movement.

Our Turn is a dance and spoken-word project for people living with dementia, and their carers.
